PairSpend Terms of Use

• Record income and expenses manually.
• Create and manage personal budgets.
• Monitor spending and available funds.
• Review financial summaries, reports and charts.
• Manage recurring income and expense entries.
• Share household budgets with another person through Premium features.

Personal budgets can be used offline without registration. Premium subscriptions and shared budgeting features require the relevant Google account, internet connectivity and subscription verification where applicable.

You retain your rights in the financial information and other records you enter into PairSpend.

You authorize the processing necessary to provide the functions you choose, in accordance with the Drumbox Studio Privacy Policy.

Personal financial records are stored locally on your device and are not automatically restored through PairSpend's shared budgeting service.

You are responsible for safeguarding your personal information and maintaining appropriate backups.

Where encrypted backup functionality is available, you should securely retain both the backup files and the corresponding passwords. Drumbox Studio cannot recover lost backup passwords or locally stored records that have been deleted without a recoverable backup.

Exported files may contain readable financial information. You should store and share them securely.

Before uninstalling the application, clearing application data, replacing your device, signing out of shared services or deleting an account, you should export or back up any information you wish to retain.

Signing out of shared services removes the locally cached shared data from the current application. Any independently saved exports or copies remain subject to the control of whoever possesses them.

PairSpend Premium allows a subscriber with an active, verified subscription to create and own one shared household.

Each shared household may have:

• One household owner.
• One invited partner.
• An unlimited number of shared budgets within that household.

Each shared budget maintains its own designated currency, categories and spending limits.

Both household members can create, view, edit and delete financial records and manage shared budgets. Changes made by one member may affect the information available to the other.

Only the household owner controls household membership and ownership.

Each account may belong to only one shared household at a time.

PairSpend offers a Free version supported by advertising and an optional Premium subscription.

If verified Premium access expires or shared access otherwise ends, shared budgets become read-only and synchronization of new changes stops.

Financial records previously synchronized to a member's device may remain available for viewing and export while retained locally on that device.

Such locally retained records may be incomplete or outdated.

Personal budgets remain accessible independently of Premium subscription status.

PairSpend users may request deletion of their PairSpend cloud account and associated personal data through the account-deletion functionality provided by the application or by contacting:

Deletion requests will be processed in accordance with applicable data-protection legislation and the Drumbox Studio Privacy Policy.

Drumbox Studio respects users' privacy and aims to minimize unnecessary collection of personal information.

Personal financial records are processed locally unless users choose features requiring online synchronization or other external services.

Shared budgeting features require the processing and synchronization of relevant account and financial records through the services supporting shared functionality.

Free, advertising-supported features may involve third-party advertising technologies, including Google AdMob.

Use of PairSpend does not itself constitute consent to optional personalized advertising or other processing for which separate consent is legally required.

You agree to use PairSpend only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

• Attempt to access another person's account or information without authorization.
• Circumvent subscription verification, payment requirements or security protections.
• Misrepresent your identity to gain access to shared financial information.
• Introduce malicious software or interfere with the application's operation.
• Use the service in a manner that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their devices, Google accounts, invitations and exported information.

PairSpend is developed with the objective of providing reliable, practical financial management functionality.

Nevertheless, uninterrupted availability or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.

Synchronization, reminders, subscription verification and advertising services may be affected by:

• Internet connectivity.
• Device settings and operating-system restrictions.
• Google Play or third-party service availability.
• System maintenance, technical faults or service interruptions.

Users should verify synchronization status and resolve outstanding conflicts before assuming that all shared information is identical across devices.

Drumbox Studio may release updates to correct errors, improve security, add functionality or maintain compatibility with supported devices and services.

Material changes affecting paid subscription benefits will be communicated where required by applicable law, together with any legally required remedies.

The PairSpend application, its software, design, branding and associated materials are owned by or licensed to the publisher operating under the Drumbox Studio name.

Users receive permission to use PairSpend for its intended personal financial management purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

This permission does not transfer ownership of the application or its underlying intellectual property.

Users retain their rights in financial records and information they create or enter into the application.

PairSpend provides financial planning and record-keeping functionality based primarily on information entered by users.

While reasonable efforts are made to maintain the accuracy and reliability of the application, users should independently verify financial calculations, records and reports before relying on them for significant decisions.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Drumbox Studio does not assume responsibility for losses arising solely from inaccurate user inputs, independently saved or disclosed information, or third-party service interruptions beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

These Terms do not remove any statutory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable legislation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules applicable in a user's country of habitual residence.

Nothing in these Terms restricts a consumer's right to bring proceedings before a court having jurisdiction under applicable law or to exercise other non-excludable legal remedies.

We will endeavor to investigate and respond to reported concerns within a reasonable period.

Drumbox Studio may update these Terms to reflect changes in application features, subscription arrangements, legal requirements or operational practices.

The effective date will be revised when changes are published.

Where legally required, material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels, which may include the application or the Drumbox Studio website.

Continued use of PairSpend following an update is subject to applicable law and does not override any requirement to obtain fresh agreement or consent.
